Hi, I’m Mallory Roth

I’m a certified executive coach, founder of Let’s Coach, a collective for professional coaches expanding their impact, and author of The Process newsletter, a weekly companion for you as you build the future you want.

I support coaches, leaders, and startups developing their vision, doing great work, and increasing their capacity to thrive when the stakes are high.

My practice focuses on executive coaching for professionals and teams at critical inflection points in their work—new roles, venture launches, organizational shifts, promotions, industry transitions, relocations, or career reinvention. At the heart of this work is my belief in the power of inflection points for profound personal and professional growth—digging deep, focusing on what matters most, and turning possibilities into new realities.

Prior to founding Let’s Coach, I worked internally at global startups and tech companies building and looking after leadership and coaching programs (Medley, Miro, Culture Amp, Blue Bottle Coffee). I hold a graduate degree in library science and coaching certifications from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching and the International Coaching Certification.
