Hi, I’m Mallory Roth

I’m a certified executive coach and founder of Let’s Coach, a collective for professional coaches dedicated to honing their craft.

I coach and advise leaders in developing their vision, building meaningful professional relationships, and increasing their capacity to thrive in dynamic and rapidly changing contexts.

My coaching practice focuses on executive coaching for professionals and teams at critical inflection points in their work—new roles, venture launches, organizational shifts, promotions, industry transitions, relocations, or career reinvention. At the heart of this work is my belief in the power of inflection points for profound personal and professional growth—digging deep, focusing on what matters most, and building the future we want.

Prior to founding Let’s Coach, I worked internally at global startups and tech companies to build and oversee leadership and coaching programs (Medley, Miro, Culture Amp, Blue Bottle Coffee). I hold a graduate degree in library science and coaching certifications from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching and the International Coaching Certification.
